PT Swarnadwipa Dermaga Jaya

Overview

PT Swarnadwipa Dermaga Jaya has developed and managed 62 hectares of port infrastructure and facilities with a capacity of up to 50 million tons per year. The port facilities include crushing plants, stacking conveyors, stockpiles, barge loading conveyors, and other equipment accessories, which are continuously upgraded gradually to meet customer demand.

Facility

The facilities currently available at the SDJ Special Port include

A port connected to the SLR road. The SDJ Port can accommodate the use of double trailers (2×75 tons) and has a coal crushing processing facility with a capacity of 1,500 tons/hour, equipped with three radial stackers to separate the crushed products.
Stockpile with a capacity of up to 400.000 tons of coal. This stockpile is equipped with a reclaim belt feeder with a capacity of 4×2,500 tons/hour operating underground. As well as a reclaim feeder above ground level with a capacity of 3×2,500 tons/hour.
3 units of Jetty used to load coal into 300 feet (7,500 tons) barges.

Jetty 1 is designed with a capacity of 2×2,500 tons/hour
Jetty 2 is designed with a capacity of 1×1,500 tons/hour
Jetty 3 is designed with a capacity of 1×1,500 tons/hour

Currently, the average loading capacity of Jetty 1 is five barges, Jetty 2 is two barges per day and Jetty 3 is two barges per day and is being increased to a total of 12 barges per day.
