PT Titan Infra Sejahtera, through its subsidiary PT Servo Lintas Raya, reaffirms its commitment to complying with mining regulations set by the Indonesian government. Head of Government Relations at PT Servo Lintas Raya, Yayan Suhendri, emphasized that the company is fully committed to legal compliance, particularly in the implementation of the Community Development and Empowerment Program (PPM), which is part of its corporate social responsibility initiatives.
To support the development of communities around mining areas, PT Servo Lintas Raya adheres to various regulations, including Law No. 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Companies and Government Regulation No. 47 of 2012 on Social and Environmental Responsibility.
Additionally, in the mining industry, the company complies with Law No. 3 of 2020, which amends Law No. 4 of 2009 on Mineral and Coal Mining Activities. Specifically for the PPM program, the company follows Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Decree No. 1824/K/30/MEM/2018, which mandates that every mining company must prepare a PPM Master Plan as part of its social development strategy.
"We fully comply with all government regulations," Yayan affirmed.

As a tangible manifestation of its PPM program, PT Servo Lintas Raya has carried out various social initiatives for local communities, including:
"This will be a continuous and sustainable program, with its implementation regularly reported to the local government," Yayan explained.
The presence of PT Servo Lintas Raya has not only provided social benefits but has also stimulated economic growth in surrounding communities. Since the company's hauling road began operations, local economic activities have continued to expand.
"The multiplier effect of Servo's presence is becoming more evident and growing day by day," Yayan stated.
PT Servo's CSR programs also focus on economic empowerment, including:
Absorption of Local Workforce
Another significant impact is the increased employment of local workers. Currently, most of the workforce involved in PT Servo Lintas Raya's operations comes from the surrounding area. They are not only engaged in manual labor but also occupy various technical positions that require specialized skills.
However, Yayan acknowledged that despite the company’s efforts, it is not possible to meet all community expectations.
"We cannot accommodate everyone," he admitted honestly.
As part of Titan Infra Energy, PT Servo Lintas Raya remains committed to contributing to local communities and the environment, in line with the company's principles of sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
