National K3 Month 2025 PT Swarnadwipa Dermaga Jaya

Starting 2025, PT. Swarnadwipa Dermaga Jaya invites all employees, both Contractors, Vendors and Work Partners under the TITAN work area, to take advantage of the National Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Month, which takes place from January 12 to February 12, to strengthen synergy and increase awareness of the importance of a safe, healthy and harmonious work environment for the welfare of workers and business sustainability. This invitation was conveyed in the routine agenda of the HSE/K3LH program of PT. SDJ.

The theme of the 2025 National K3 Month is "Strengthening Human Resource Capacity in Supporting the Implementation of the K3 Management System (SMK3) to Increase Productivity". This theme aims to increase work productivity through the development of human resources in the implementation of SMK3.

Although K3 Month has become a routine agenda, we hope that this activity is not just a Ceremonial. This is a moment of evaluation, performance improvement, as well as adjustment to current trends and dynamics. We are facing many significant changes, including changes in national policies that have a direct impact on industrial relations and the implementation of K3 in company commodities.

Ceremony Inspector's Message

The 2025 K3N Month Committee created various activities to promote occupational safety awareness by providing useful information and holding campaigns and competitions related to safety for a whole month.

Blood Donation Activities Welcoming National K3 Month

WHAT IS BLOOD DONATION?

Blood donation or blood donation is the process of taking blood from someone voluntarily to be stored in a blood bank as blood stock to be used for blood transfusions. Blood donation itself is commemorated every June 14 as World Blood Donor Day.

With this routine activity, PT. Swarnadwipa Dermaga Jaya in collaboration with the Pali Regency PMI carried out a Blood Donation activity at the 2025 National K3 Month activity which was held on Monday, January 13, 2025 at the SDJ Office, with this momentum we, the committee, invite all employees from PT. SDJ and work partners to make this event a success.
